"Puffin' With Parley" is a
one-hour-long hilarious venture into the rockin' redneck world of stoner, Parley Jenkins, who along with his wife, Wanda, his
brother "Shoppin' Cart" Parker,
and his cousin Buford, the
redneck beatnik bass player,
cope with smalltown life in Lickskillet, Alabama where they have a bar band and attend
snake-handling sermons at the Holy Rattler Handler Church.
